Honesty, integrity and fairness are the principles that have always guided GIUSTO MANETTI BATTILORO SPA.

To promote a corporate culture based on legality, in May 2023 the Company adopted the Organisation, Management and Control Model (MOG 231) and the Code of Ethics under Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

MOG 231 is a corporate compliance tool intended to prevent offences and unlawful acts by people working within the company. Through rules, procedures and internal controls, the Model is designed to reduce the risk of unlawful conduct while improving the company's organisation.

The Code of Ethics sets out the fundamental values that guide GIUSTO MANETTI BATTILORO SPA with the aim of sharing ethical principles and rules of conduct applicable to employees, directors, consultants, suppliers and, more generally, everyone doing business with the Company, who are therefore required to observe MOG 231 and the Code of Ethics.

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Company has also appointed a single-member Supervisory Body (OdV) to monitor the operation and effectiveness of its Organisation Model and Code of Ethics.
